‘Big loss’ – Nottingham Forest fans react after Steve Cooper confirms Lewis Grabban injury blow

Nottingham Forest top scorer Lewis Grabban has been ruled out of action for the next two months with an ankle injury, head coach Steve Cooper has confirmed.

The forward limped out of last weekend’s defeat to Cardiff City and left the stadium with a protective boot sparking fears he could be set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Grabban could even require surgery and is now not expected to return until the latter end of the campaign.

The news is a blow for Forest with Grabban currently on 13 goals for the season and spearheading their charge towards the play-offs.
